The Events Manager (formally know as Event Coordinator) provides logistical and administrative support for all non-church events and church events, on church property, as necessary to include calendar management in the church management software. Sole responsibility for events, from inception to reconciliation, including weddings, receptions, recitals, concerts, memorial services, conferences, birthday parties, baby showers, etc. Act as primary point-of-contact for clients (members and non-members) to interact with Forestgate Presbyterian Church. Manage supply orders, equipment rental, help Bldg Manager with building care ensuring the good condition of the facilities for continued use. This position works both remotely and on-site, as necessary. This is a part-time/hourly job.
