Current members of Forestgate may borrow church property including folding tables and chairs, non-consumable kitchen equipment (e.g. pitchers and carafes, air pots, utensils, serving bowls and platers, beverage dispenser, etc.), and some additional items if approved.
After you submit this form, Forestgate's Assistant Event Coordinator (AEC) will follow up with you to confirm that the equipment is available during your requested dates. Please do not pickup the items until you receive approval from the AEC.
Please note that many of our folding tables and chairs are stored in an off-site storage facility. If you would like to borrow those items, you are responsible to provide adequate transportation, load the items upon pickup, and unload them upon return. If needed, the AEC will coordinate these details with you.
